This is an online only sale. We are unable to take over the phone orders during the sale.
Which products are on sale?
The Spring in Your Step Sale is applicable to all shoes sitewide, with most discounts between 10-50% off. No existing discount codes will be valid during the Spring in Your Step Sale.

Products and Stock
Will you be restocking during the sale? Can I pre-order?
We aren't restocking any styles during the sale period, and don’t have pre-orders available at this time. If excess stock becomes available during the sale period, it will be uploaded to the site – this stock will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis. We can't honour the sale discount on future restocks.
What size should I purchase?
FRANKIE4 products generally run true to size. If you haven’t purchased FRANKIE4 shoes before, we would suggest trying the size that you usually wear in NZ/US sized shoes. However, we recommend going up a half size in our Sadie and Louise styles.

Can you hold stock for me?
Unfortunately, we can't hold stock aside. All available stock is loaded online and will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis.
Once I put an item in my cart, is that stock on hold?
Adding a product to your cart does not secure or reserve the stock, and inventory may be sold before you complete the purchase process. Unfortunately, we won't be restocking during the sale period.
Do you offer rain checks if the style/size I want is sold out?
No, we don't offer rain checks for styles that are restocked in future.
Discounts and Gift Cards
Can I use my Health Professional Code or Discount Code during the sale?
Spring in Your Step Sale items are not valid in conjunction with other discounts. As this is a sitewide shoe sale, no discounts are able to be applied (for example - birthday vouchers, review vouchers, and professional discounts).
Can I use my Store Credit during the sale?
Yes. If you have a store credit issued by FRANKIE4, you can apply this at the checkout.
Can I use my e-Gift Card during the sale?
Yes. If you have an e-Gift Card issued by FRANKIE4, you can apply this at the checkout.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy on sale products?
AU & NZ Customers are eligible for a pre-paid return on sale items listed at a 10-20% discount only. Returns for these selected items will be eligible for either a store credit or refund.
Sale items listed at a discount greater than 20% are not eligible for returns.
No exchanges are available on any styles during the Spring in Your Step Sale.
Can you backdate the sale price on my recent order?
The FRANKIE4 Spring in Your Step Sale started at 9:00 am NZDT on Wednesday 27 October. Sale prices are valid from the beginning of the sale period and cannot be backdated for a refund or store credit.
I bought the wrong style or size; can I change my order?
We aren't able to amend or change existing orders. Once your order is confirmed, we're unable to update delivery addresses, sizes or styles purchased.
Shipping and Delivery
I'm excited - when can I expect my order to arrive?
Our team are working hard to pack your new sole mates with the love and care they deserve. During the Spring in Your Step Sale, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order is dispatched via Courier Post, please allow the below delivery timeframes:
1 - 3 Days - North Island
2 - 5 Days - South Island
International orders are shipped via Amarex. You can view their delivery estimates by country here.

How do I track my delivery?
All orders are sent via tracked post. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Keep your eyes peeled!
If you've ordered multiple styles, they may arrive separately.

Can I get my order via Express Post?
Due to the high volume of parcels being dispatched over the Spring in Your Step Sale period, unfortunately we are not able to offer Express Post as an option.
