We're happy to offer a credit note or full refund for most footwear bought via our online store or any of our concept stores, within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as new and unworn condition.
We are unable to offer direct exchanges for footwear due to the constant change in stock availability. To make the process as smooth and simple for you, we will email you with an online store credit once your return has been processed, so that you can purchase the style and size you’re after!
We do kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we’ve received it back at our HQ.
Our free shipping and returns policy is subject to fair use by you. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, then we might have to deactivate your account or start charging you for return shipping costs on future orders.
