If you find your FRANKiE4 footwear isn’t quite the perfect fit, take a look at our fitting tips and Sole Saver PackTM guidelines before considering a return.  Also see our sizing guide and FAQ page to answer any questions.

45-Day Return Policy

We're happy to offer a credit note or full refund for most footwear bought via our online store or any of our concept stores, within 45 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as new and unworn condition.  

We are unable to offer direct exchanges for footwear due to the constant change in stock availability. To make the process as smooth and simple for you, we will email you with an online store credit once your return has been processed, so that you can purchase the style and size you’re after!

We do kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we’ve received it back at our HQ.

Our free shipping and returns policy is subject to fair use by you. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, then we might have to deactivate your account or start charging you for return shipping costs on future orders. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

New Zealand Returns

We will happily cover the cost of all New Zealand online returns meeting the 45-Day Returns Policy. Simply scroll down and click ‘Start the Return Process’ to organise your return.

International Returns

International return postage is at the customers expense, and we do strongly recommend using a tracked postal service. To lodge your return online, please scroll down and click ‘Start the Return Process’.

Sale Items

If you are looking to return a sale item, please read here to confirm your return is eligible before clicking the 'Start the Return Process’ button below.

Independent Stockists

Need to return a FRANKiE4 product that was purchased from an independent stockist? Please contact that store or stockist directly to see their returns policy. We are unable to accept returns of products purchased outside of the FRANKiE4 online store or concept stores.

Forefoot Cushions

For styles that include Forefoot Cushions, it is recommended to test the position before applying within the shoe to confirm your preferred fit.

Once the forefoot cushions have been stuck down they do not peel off easily, this is to ensure they stay in place. If they have been stuck into the shoes, please note shoes can not be returned as they are no longer in new condition.

Gel Forefoot Cushions are only to be used with the styles they come with. It is not recommended to use the Gel Forefoot Cushions with any other shoe styles.
