Stocktake Notice
Our warehouse will be completing a stocktake between 8–10 January. No orders will be processed during this timeframe. To ensure your order is dispatched before the stocktake closure, be sure to place your order by 5pm Friday 3 January (NZST). We anticipate all orders placed between 3–12 January to be shipped by Wednesday 21 January. Thank you for your patience with us during this period.
Dispatch Timeframes
Due to our current stocktake, please expect a slight delay in your order being dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders placed before 5pm Friday 3 January: Please allow our standard 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Orders placed after 5pm Friday 3 January: The warehouse will recommence the dispatch of orders from Monday 13 January. We anticipate all orders placed between 3–12 January to be shipped by Thursday 16 January. Thank you for your patience with us during this period.
You will receive a shipping update via email, which will include your New Zealand Post tracking details, as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Shipping within New Zealand
We offer complimentary shipping on all NZ orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping timeframes throughout New Zealand are generally 2-5 business days, however, may differ based on your location and during peak periods.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched to Castle Parcel, you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow the delivery of your new shoes. Enter your tracking number into the barcode section here.
Shipping internationally
At this stage we are unable to offer International Shipping through our NZ Store. Head over to our AU Store for complimentary INTL Shipping on all orders over $150AUD.
