Dispatch Timeframes
Please allow for extended dispatch timeframes of up to 8 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Placed your order during The Storewide Sale (23–25 February)? We anticipate orders placed over the sale period to be dispatched by Friday 7 March.
Thank you for your patience with us during this period. You will receive a shipping update via email, which will include your New Zealand Post tracking details, as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Shipping within New Zealand
We offer complimentary shipping on all NZ orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping timeframes throughout New Zealand are generally 2-5 business days, however, may differ based on your location and during peak periods.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched to NZ Post, you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow the delivery of your new shoes. Enter your tracking number into the barcode section here.
Shipping internationally
At this stage we are unable to offer International Shipping through our NZ Store. Head over to our AU Store for complimentary INTL Shipping on all orders over $300AUD.
