Online returns policy

The FRANKiE4 team is here for you to ensure our footwear provides you with the best fit possible. If, for any reason, your FRANKiE4s aren’t the perfect fit, please get in touch! Talk to one of our Sole Savers for expert fitting tips, Sole Saver™️ Pack assistance and styling advice. We are happy to offer an online credit note or refund. 45-Day Return Policy

We're happy to offer a credit note or full refund for most footwear bought via our online store, within 45 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as new and unworn condition.

We are unable to offer direct exchanges for footwear due to the constant change in stock availability. To make the process as smooth and simple for you, we will email you an online store credit once your return has been processed, so that you can purchase the style and size you’re after!

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for socks or sockettes.

We do kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we’ve received it back at our HQ.

Our free shipping and returns policy is subject to fair use by you. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, then we might have to deactivate your account or start charging you for return shipping costs on future orders. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Need assistance & sizing

If your new sole mates aren't the right size, please see our Size Guide to find your correct size. Then, select ‘Store Credit’ when returning your incorrect size, to repurchase your new size once your return has been processed.

Sole Saver Pack™️

If you find your new FRANKiE4s are too loose or too tight, and they came with our Sole Saver™️ Pack, we have a solution for you! Included in most of our enclosed styles is a small bag of removable footbeds, made for adjusting the fit of your FRANKiE4 shoes. 10 - 20% OFF Sale Items - Returns for a refund or a store credit are available for purchases made with a 20% promotional discount.

Sale Items greater than 20% off - No refunds, exchanges or store credits are available on change of mind for products with these discounts (this includes purchasing the wrong size).
