Only one coupon ($25) will be issued per review. Review requests to online Customers are not guaranteed on all orders. Coupons are issued regardless of review content or star rating. Customers submitting reviews consent for these to be published on our website and to be used in our marketing. Coupon valid for footwear only. Coupon valid for current available stock only. $25 Coupons will be sent to customers who only wrote a review through the email sent to them. Coupons are valid for 30 days after the issue date. Gift Cards are available for purchase online at nz.frankie4.com. No discounts, offers, or other Gift Cards can be used when purchasing a Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be redeemed using the unique code, online at nz.frankie4.com. Gift Card is valid for 3 years from purchase, unique expiry listed on Gift Card.
Gift Cards remain valid until full value has been redeemed, or expiry date is reached (whichever comes first).
When an eligible order is returned for a refund to original payment method, if the original payment method is Gift Card, the refund will be processed back onto the original Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are treated as currency; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Item 4. Age Restriction: 18 years and over.
Item 5. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to New Zealand residents who:

Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
1.1 General
a) These Terms of Entry (Terms), comprising the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions:
i) apply to the Competition being run by the Promoter; and
ii) form the basis of the legally binding agreement between you (you, entrant) and the Promoter.
b) By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enter the Competition.
c) Not withstanding anything in these Terms, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion:
i) refuse to award any Prize to an entrant who fails or is unable to comply with these Terms; and
ii) make reasonable amendments to any aspect of the Competition or the Terms of Entry from time to time, subject to applicable laws.
2. Competition Details
2.1 Who can enter
a) Entry to the Competition is open to Eligible Entrants, who may submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries during the Competition Period. Entries received after the Competition Period will be deemed ineligible.
b) To confirm your eligibility, the Promoter may request you to provide verification information or documents, including (but not limited to) proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and verification of your social media profile. In the even that you cannot provide the requested documents, you may be deemed to be ineligible for the Competition.
c) Entry into the Competition is free. However, you may need to pay for internet access to submit your entry.
2.2 How to enter
a) To enter the Competition, you must follow the Entry Method and enter the Competition in your own name. No other form of entry is permitted.
b) Once an entry is submitted, you acknowledge that the entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoter).
c) Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Promoter, who will exercise its judgement in ruling on questions of eligibility. The ruling of the Promoter on questions of eligibility will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries of other communications. Entries will be deemed void if they are found to be illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
3. Prize
a) The Prize is as specified at Item 9.
b) If any Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of the same values (which will not exceed $500NZD).
c) All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
d) If you wish to transfer the Prize to another person, please contact us using the contact details in the Schedule.
4. Prize Draw
a) All valid entries will be included in the Prize Draw.
b) The winning Eligible Entrant of the Prize Draw (Winner) will win the Prize for that Prize Draw.
c) The Winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification specified in the Schedule.
d) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Winner. However, if the Prize remains unclaimed within 3 months after the Prize Draw Date, the Promoter will hold an Unclaimed Prize Draw.
5. Use of personal information
a) The Promoter collects personal information from each entrant to conduct and promote the Competition (Permitted Purpose) and may for this purpose:
i) send electronic messages to or telephone the Winner;
ii) disclose such information to New Zealand regulatory authorities as required;
iii) disclose such information to New Zealand lottery departments or authorities as required;
iv) publish a Winner’s personal information on any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation; and
v) promote, publicise and market the Competition and the Promoter’s business.
b) Types of personal information collected include your:
i) name;
ii) email address;
iii) mobile number;
iv) birthday;
v) likeness and image.
If you need to access, change or update your personal information, you can contact us via the details in the Schedule.
c) You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image or voice (or a combination of these) in the event you are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed or supplied (or both) by the Promoter.
d) If you do not agree to your personal information being collected and used for the Permitted Purpose, you cannot participate in the Competition.

6. Liability
a) Winners may have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation:
i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
iv) issues with communications networks or internet services, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise;
v) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms, where such variation is outside the reasonable control of the Promoter;
vi) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; or
vii) use of the Prize by a Winner, or any condition imposed on use of the Prize by any third party.
b) Subject to clauses 6(a) and 6(b), any liability of the Promoter in connection with the Competition or accepting or using any Prize is limited to an amount equal to the value of one Prize offered in the Competition.
7. Dispute Resolution
a) Neither party may commence court proceedings concerning any dispute between the parties arising out of or in relation to this agreement (Dispute), unless the party starting the proceedings has complied with this clause 7.
b) A party claiming that a Dispute has arisen must notify the other party in writing, specifying the nature of the dispute (Dispute Notice).
c) Following the Dispute Notice being given, each party’s authorised representative must endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute within 14 days.
d) If the Dispute is not resolved within 14 days of the Dispute Notice being given, the parties may commence court proceedings.
8. General
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
8.2 Force Majeure
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by epidemic, pandemic, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or terrorism, infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, invalidate any affected entries, or provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize, and no compensation will be payable to any Eligible Entrant.
8.3 Severability
a) A clause or part of a clause of this document that is illegal or unenforceable may be severed from this agreement and the remaining clauses or parts of the clause of this agreement continue in force.
b) If any provision is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction, it is to be treated as being severed from this agreement in the relevant jurisdiction, but the rest of this agreement will not be affected.
8.4 No waiver
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.5 Interpretation
In these Terms:
a) terms defined in the Schedule have that meaning;
b) if a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;
c) a reference to a document or agreement (including a reference to this agreement) is to that document or agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced;
d) unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference to '$' or 'dollar' is to New Zealand currency; and
e) the meaning of any general language is not restricted by any accompanying example, and the words 'includes', 'including', 'such as', or 'for example' (or similar phrases) do not limit what else might be included.

“Customer” means any person who purchases goods from FRANKIE4 footwear.
“Promotion” means all sale offers available during the Promotion Period.
“Promotion Period” is 4pm (NZDT) Tuesday 24 December 2024 – 11.59PM (NZDT) Friday 31 January 2025.
Sale Overview:
A select range of footwear styles will be available at a discount between 20–30% off their RRP, greater markdowns will be available on select styles. All prices are as marked online and at the checkout. This sale is available online at nz.frankie4.com only. Sale prices are not available at independent retailers. Sale shoes may be eligible for exchange or store credit depending on their allocated discount (see full T&Cs below). Return Policy:
Styles discounted 20–25% off: Sales under this offer are eligible for a return as per our standard policy. Provided the shoes are returned within 30 days in their as new and unworn condition, a return is eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund. A return shipping fee may apply.
Styles discounted 30% off: Sales under this offer are not eligible for a refund. Provided the shoes are returned within 30 days in their as new and unworn condition, a return is eligible for a size exchange (same style/colour, pending stock availability) or a store credit of price paid. A return shipping fee may apply.
Styles marked down to $135: Sales under this offer are considered a final sale product and are not eligible for return. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size).
Sale Prices:

These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions or policies we provide (collectively, referred to as “Terms”), including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
These are important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other. They also give you helpful info, too. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order. By browsing, accessing, using the Websites, or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time and without notice to you. Afterpay
Payment method Afterpay is available only when order value is over $100 (exclusive of shipping).
Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at FRANKIE4.com include your country’s applicable statutory goods and service tax. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, or any value added tax imposed on any product or services acquired or ordered by you from our Websites.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee within New Zealand is $10 (under $100 purchase) and free (over $100 purchase). Our international shipping is $20 flat rate.
If we’re unable to deliver your order in full (and have to make more than one delivery), there won’t be an additional charge for more deliveries. After you’ve placed your order, we’ll keep you updated as much as we can on the status of your delivery. You should be able to track your package’s journey to you. Ordering/conclusion of contract
What happens after you place your order?
First, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Then we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure your card can cover the order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch! FRANKIE4 reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the Websites are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know ASAP.
Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order. We may even close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. This action is taken to protect us both. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Customer Care. They’ll be more than happy to chat with you about it.
Colours, measurements and product images
We work hard to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The hues you see will depend on your computer system, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an accurate display of our colourways. FRANKIE4 is not responsible for any such variations in respect of your order. However, if an item is materially different from the representation on the Website, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under the Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise stated, any additional items and accessories styled or shown in a product image are for display purposes only and are not included in the listed price. You must ensure that you carefully read the product title and description before purchasing anything from our Websites.
Promo Codes
If you’re the lucky recipient of a Promo Code (yay!) you can use it to reduce the price of specified products. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which we will make clear at the time it’s issued to you. Unless specified otherwise, Promo Codes cannot be used to buy FRANKIE gift cards.
If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant for your individual use (ie. a SoleChamp Promo Code) please keep it confidential and don’t let anyone else use it. FRANKIE4 reserves the right to cancel any Gift Cards in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
Risk and Title
FRANKIE4 will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service.
You should consider whether you need to obtain any suitable insurance.
Online account
FRANKIE4 offers the ability for you to create an online account.
You must provide true and factual information when creating an online account. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. FRANKIE4 is entitled to assume that anybody accessing your account using your confidential username and password is you.
Be aware that others may access your account and private information if you do not sign-out before ending your session with FRANKIE4. Be particularly cautious when using public computers or devices that do not automatically log you out when you exit your browser.
Other Activities and Third Party Websites
From time to time, FRANKIE4 may promote, or advertise events, offers, items, services or other activities that may be conducted offline or which may be conducted by third parties. These events, items, services or other activities may be subject to separate terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you participate in any of these activities entirely at your own risk and in accordance with those separate terms and conditions.
Our Websites may feature or display hyperlinks and pointers to websites operated by third parties. Such websites do not form part of our Websites and are not under our control. We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink or linked website. If you click on a link to any third party websites you leave our Websites entirely at your own risk.
Viruses
FRANKIE4 does not represent that any information (including any file) obtained from or through the website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to scan any such information for computer viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRANKIE4 will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic) however caused and whether in contract, tort or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information, by a distributed denial-of-service attack or by any malicious or harmful programs, scripts or technologies that may affect our Websites, system failures or any other harmful material that may infect your computer, device, programs, data or other proprietary material; you agree to release us from any such liability.
Consumer Guarantees
The Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory laws in Australia (“Australian Consumer Law”) may confer rights, guarantees and remedies on you in relation to the provision by us of goods or services on the website, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. We do not exclude these rights but do exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.
Despite any other provision of these Terms to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), FRANKIE4 will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the Websites or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Websites or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on the Websites, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if FRANKIE4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law, where any legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) implies in the Terms any term, condition or warranty, and that legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in the Terms, however, the liability of FRANKIE4 for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of FRANKIE4 to any one or more of the following:
- the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;
- the repair of such goods;
- the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
Despite any other provision of these Terms to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law, FRANKI4’s maximum liability under any order shall not exceed the aggregate of the purchase monies received by FRANKIE4 for that order.
If you think there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
Indemnity
You indemnify and hold us and our related entities, affiliates, and our and their respective officers, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Websites, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, registered or unregistered trademarks, patents, logos, and artwork including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such contact remain with FRANKIE4 and its third party licensors.
